Dietary baklava without flour and honey

Today I suggest cooking another a miracle of Eastern sweets — baklava without flour and honey. Awesome useful yummies. It has only 45 kcal in one piece. That's why make yourself a cup of tea and taste it with your baklava. This recipe would be an attention grabber in your healthy diet menu! Let this oriental atmosphere fill you up. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • All you need is:
  • % cottage cheese — 100 g dry one
  • oat bran — 80 g make a flour out of them.
  • Psyllium — 1 teaspoon I use this one, but you can avoid using it. It just makes the dough more elastic
  • stevia sugar replacement — 6 g (I have this natural powdered one)
  • egg white — 1 pcs
  • baking powder — 1 teaspoon I use this one
  • casein — 14 g
  • salt — 1 g I have this pink Himalayan one
  • water — 1 teaspoon
  • coconut sugar — 1 teaspoon I have this one. It's to your taste and smell
  • yolk — 1 pcs to cover our baklava with it
  • walnut — 10 g like this
  • almond — 15 g for instance, like this or 20 g or any other nuts

Instructions

  • Step 1. Mix all ingredients, except nuts. Use only 2 g of stevia.
  • Step 2. Make a ball of the dough and leave it for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll it out like in the photo. The dough should be thin.
  • Step 4. Let's make a syrup. Add 3 g of stevia to 50 ml of water and boil it.
  • Step 5. Grind the nuts up and add sugar replacement, coconut sugar or mashed banana to it.
  • Step 6. Each layer of dough cover with syrup and cover with some nuts. After — put these layers one on another.
  • Step 7. Divide them into portion pieces.
  • Step 8. Cover the top of each piece with yolk and decorate with walnut.
  • Step 9. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 10. Get them out and enjoy your dietetic baklava. Remember, that in one piece its only 45 kcal. What a pleasure! Bon appetit!
