Cucumber-avocado soup cocktail

A pureed soup may also be considered a smoothie. An easy to make recipe that cleanses and nourishes at the same time

Ingredients

  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon
  • cilantro to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the avocado and extract the pit
  • Peel the cucumber and extract the seeds
  • Finely chop up the garlic and cilantro
  • Dump everything into the cup of a food processor and give it a blend to the desired consistency
