Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Stock up on protein with this scrumptious, nutritious gourd smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 tsp of cloves ground
  • 1/4 tsp of allspice
  • 1/4 tsp of ginger powder
  • 1/4 gourd
  • honey optional

Instructions

  • Carve the vegetable and scrape the seeds out.
  • Cut the vegetable into 4 pieces, use only 1/4. Get rid of the peel.
  • Cut the banana and gourd into chunks
  • Place everything in the bowl of a blender or a food processor and pulse until frothy and homogeneous.
