Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Stock up on protein with this scrumptious, nutritious gourd smoothie!
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon ground
- 1/4 tsp of cloves ground
- 1/4 tsp of allspice
- 1/4 tsp of ginger powder
- 1/4 gourd
- honey optional
Carve the vegetable and scrape the seeds out.
Cut the vegetable into 4 pieces, use only 1/4. Get rid of the peel.
Cut the banana and gourd into chunks
Place everything in the bowl of a blender or a food processor and pulse until frothy and homogeneous.
