Pumpkin-apple bliss smoothie

This recipe will make the germs and infections go away for good!

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • freshly-grated ginger to taste
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions

  • Peel the apples and discard the seeds
  • Place all ingredients into a bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth.
