Frothy persimmon-pumpkin smoothie

If you're a fan of persimmon - you're in for a treat! 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 2 persimmons
  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • honey to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the persimmons and cut them up into chunks
  • Blend everything in a blender. If the consistency turns out too thick - add a splash of water or non-fat milk.
