Apple Pie Smoothie

This frothy beverage will let you enjoy the first month of autumn. Grab a quilt, a pair of woollen stockings and try not to drink a lot (and we know for a fact that you won't get enough of it).

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of non-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cloves
  • 1/3 tsp of allspice
  • 1/4 tsp of ground ginger

Instructions

  • Peel the apples and banana
  • Extract the seeds from the apples
  • Cut everything into chunks
  • Place all ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with cinnamon and serve
