Almond pleasure
This is the ideal solution for those who want to stay full for a few hours. It is easy and quick to prepare.
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of almonds
- 1 cup of mineral water
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Soak the almonds beforehand (preferably overnight)
Peel the banana and cut it into pieces
Place all the ingredients into a bowl of a blender
Pulse until frothy
Pour into glasses and serve
