Almond pleasure

This is the ideal solution for those who want to stay full for a few hours. It is easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 1 cup of mineral water
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Soak the almonds beforehand (preferably overnight)
  • Peel the banana and cut it into pieces
  • Place all the ingredients into a bowl of a blender
  • Pulse until frothy
  • Pour into glasses and serve
