Groovy Oatmeal Breakfast

This will keep you full in the morning and provide you with energy throughout the day. The fruit really amps up the boring old oatmeal and will not harm your weight loss process. 


  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of non-fat milk
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 tsp of bitter dark chocolate grated
  • 2 drops of vanilla extract
  • honey (optional)


  • Blend all the ingredients to make the best breakfast that's fun, healthy, and nourishing.
