Pineapple pulp is rich in vitamins, micro, and macro elements, so necessary for the human body. When paired with other fruits, the healthy effect increases several times.


  • 50 grams of pineapple
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 peach
  • 50 grams of cantaloupe
  • 100 grams of yogurt


  • Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces.
