- ½ cup of almond milk
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup of raw cashews
- 1 cup of kale leaves
- 2 frozen bananas
Soak the cashews overnight.
Remove the tough stems from the leaves.
Cut the bananas up into chunks.
Blend all the ingredients until the desired consistency. You may add more almond milk if desired.
