Raspberry Shirley Temple

A fun and tasty drink you can make to treat yourself. A great mid-day snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 mango
  • ½ cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ banana
  • ½ teaspoon of chia seeds

Instructions

  • Peel the main ingredient, remove the pit and cut it up into pieces.
  • Cut the banana into chunks.
  • Freeze the fruits beforehand.
  • Use a blender to mix the ingredients into a homogeneous smooth mass.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with raspberries and enjoy.
