Raspberry Shirley Temple
A fun and tasty drink you can make to treat yourself. A great mid-day snack.
- ½ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 mango
- ½ cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ banana
- ½ teaspoon of chia seeds
Peel the main ingredient, remove the pit and cut it up into pieces.
Cut the banana into chunks.
Freeze the fruits beforehand.
Use a blender to mix the ingredients into a homogeneous smooth mass.
Pour into glasses, garnish with raspberries and enjoy.
