An exotic refreshing fruity cocktail that will help you burn fat and fill you up until your next meal.
- ½ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 mango
- ½ cup of unsweetened apple juice
- 8 ice cubes optional
If the pineapple is fresh - peel it and cut it into chunks
Peel, pit and cut the mango into pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until they reach an even consistency.
