Pineapple Popper

An exotic refreshing fruity cocktail that will help you burn fat and fill you up until your next meal.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 mango
  • ½ cup of unsweetened apple juice
  • 8 ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • If the pineapple is fresh - peel it and cut it into chunks
  • Peel, pit and cut the mango into pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until they reach an even consistency.
