Loaded Fruit Bomb

Get a load of this vitamin-packed beverage! Not only is it incredibly delicious, but it will also help you shed extra pounds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of banana
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of peaches
  • 3 kiwis

Instructions

  • Half the peaches and discard the pit.
  • Freeze the bananas beforehand.
  • Peel the kiwis and cut them into chunks.
  • Blend or process until smooth.
