This one may not be smooth and frothy, but its vitamin content is gold!
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 ripe kiwis
- 1 cup of kombucha
- 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger optional
- 1 cup ice
Chop up the cucumber into cubes.
Peel the kiwi, slice it.
Grate the ginger.
Pick the cilantro leaves off the stems.
Place everything into a cup of a blender and pulse until homogeneous.
