- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 pear
- 1 blood orange
- 1 tbsp of coconut flakes
- 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup ice
Stem the strawberries if they are fresh.
Cut the pear into pieces.
Peel the blood orange.
Place all of the fruit, ice, and milk into a cup of a blender and give them a mix. The consistency you're going for is frothy.
Pour into glasses and garnish with the coconut flakes.
