Green Protein Shake
This shake is loaded with protein and is perfect for those who work out a lot. The fiber content is enormous!
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of broccoli
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 pinch of basil dried
- salt optional
Remove the harsh stems from the spinach.
Half the avocado, discard the pit and extract the pulp.
Add the contents to a cup of a blender, pulse until homogeneous.
Pour into glasses, add a few drops of olive oil (optional) and serve.
