Green Protein Shake

This shake is loaded with protein and is perfect for those who work out a lot. The fiber content is enormous!


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of broccoli
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of basil dried
  • salt optional


  • Remove the harsh stems from the spinach.
  • Half the avocado, discard the pit and extract the pulp.
  • Add the contents to a cup of a blender, pulse until homogeneous.
  • Pour into glasses, add a few drops of olive oil (optional) and serve.
