Tangy Puree

You won't believe that something so delicious has so little calories once you try this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of arugula
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 tsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of oats

Instructions

  • Use a blender to beat the contents into a paste. Pour into glasses or bowls. If the consistency is too thick - try adding non-fat milk.
