Melon Protein Shake

A perfect way to catch up on your protein! It's easy to make, fast to drink and it will give you strength for your next workout!


  • 1 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup of light vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of non-fat milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed


  • Cube the cantaloupe. You can freeze it beforehand if you like.
  • Combine the contents of the recipe in a food processor or blender and start mixing. Stop when you see a creamy consistency. 
  • Drink it right away or on the go, but don't forget to refrigerate it.
