The dietary salad with tomatoes and bryndza

Consuming this salad will not only reward you with a good figure but can also improve both your skin and muscles conditions.


  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150-200 g bryndza
  • ½ pieces the red onion
  • basil leaves
  • 1-2 tsp the olive oil


  • Cut both the bryndza and tomatoes into cubes. Place red onions circles on top and sprinkle the basil. The olive oil dressing is added before the serving.
