The beetroot and nuts fitness salad

This salad’s making technology can remind you of the “ Dressed Herring”. Though instead of those usually used high in calories products, this one consists of specially chosen components, which are well imbued with the natural yoghurt. 


  • apples
  • fresh carrots
  • soft prune
  • boiled beetroot
  • walnuts
  • natural yoghurt
  • salt


  • Both vegetables and fruits need to be grated, dice your prune.
  • Make some layers, starting with apples, then carrots, prune, celery. 
  • Every layer should be covered with slightly salted yoghurt.
  • Adore with prune on top.
