Fitness-crackers from dried fruits

It's the recipes of crackers from dried apricots, prunes and raisins.


  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 100 g prunes
  • 50 g seedless raisins
  • 1 egg protein
  • cashew nuts if you want


  • Mash dried fruits in a blender. Add the nuts.
  • Mix with whipped protein.
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, make small dough from the fruit mixture.
  • Bake at a temperature of 180 C for about 15 minutes.
