Fitness-crackers from dried fruits
It's the recipes of crackers from dried apricots, prunes and raisins.
- 100 g dried apricots
- 100 g prunes
- 50 g seedless raisins
- 1 egg protein
- cashew nuts if you want
Mash dried fruits in a blender. Add the nuts.
Mix with whipped protein.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, make small dough from the fruit mixture.
Bake at a temperature of 180 C for about 15 minutes.
