Cocktails for breakfast

This recipe is great not only for morning use. It also contains ingredients, which will help you to fill the organism with all the component you need for full-fledged work.


  • 4 strawberry
  • 1/4 banana
  • 150-200 ml low-fat kefir
  • 1 tbsp flakes or oatmeal porridge


  • To make this cocktail, mix all ingredients in the blender.
  • You can decorate the drink with blend ground walnut or hazelnut. It's ideal for a healthy breakfast.
