Instructions
Separately beat egg, milk and butter.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix both these mixtures to a homogeneous mass.
If the dough turned out too thick, you need to add a little more milk.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
