Pumpkin smoothie with sea buckthorn

Amp up the positive effects of the pumpkin with sea buckthorn, which also happens to improve eyesight, lower cholesterol and help digestion. 

Ingredients

  • 125 grams of sea buckthorn
  • 150 grams of pumpkin puree
  • 100 ml of water
  • cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  • Pulse in a blender until homogeneous, pour into glasses and enjoy!
