Chili Mango Fusion
The vitamin content of mango can compete with any drugstore-bought vitamin complex. In Asia, it is often served seasoned with chilli, which stimulates digestion and enhances blood circulation.
- 1 ripe mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of coconut milk or coconut cream
- pinch of chili powder
- 1 tsp of lime juice
Peel the mango and banana and cut them into cubes
Use a blender to mix with coconut milk, lime juice and chili
Pulse until smooth
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
