Cauliflower Pizza Drink

Whoever said pizza is not allowed on a diet obviously didn't know about this smoothie. Perfect for vegans and those who are on a low-carb diet. 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of tomato sauce canned or home-made
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 head of cauliflower
  • 1/3 bell pepper

Instructions

  • Wash all the greens and veggies.
  • Discard the seeds from the bell pepper.
  • Cut the bell pepper and cauliflower into chunks.
  • Use a blender to mix the ingredients until they reach a smooth consistency.
