Chili Mango Fusion

The vitamin content of mango can compete with any drugstore-bought vitamin complex. In Asia, it is often served seasoned with chilli, which stimulates digestion and enhances blood circulation.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup of coconut milk or coconut cream
  • pinch of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of lime juice

Instructions

  • Peel the mango and banana and cut them into cubes
  • Use a blender to mix with coconut milk, lime juice and chili
  • Pulse until smooth
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
