Raspberry Milkshake

An unexpected mix of flavors and textures turns into a delicious milkshake that helps lose weight.


  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/3 cup of raspberry
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 tsp of honey optional


  • Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
  • Place the raspberries into a cup of a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  • Add the banana
  • Gradually add the coconut milk and the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pulse until fully incorporated. Pour into glasses, garnish with coconut shavings and an extra raspberry on top. Enjoy!
