Today I want to cook interesting healthy buns. That's why I've decided to use some magic and prepare incredible onion pampushky. I stay very pleased with the result. They are very delicious, lush and with a nice scent. I ate 4 of them for my dinner with some champignon and vegetable salad. This is a perfect idea for your healthy diet menu.   • % cottage cheese — 1 tablespoon soft one
  • egg — 2 pcs
  • psyllium — 1 tablespoon
  • 1 % kefir — 1 tablespoon
  • water — 125 ml
  • baking powder — 1/2 teaspoon
  • casein — 40 g
  • salt — 1g I have this Himalayan one + seasonings to your taste
  • onion — 2 tablespoons green, dried
  • sesame — 1 teaspoon for decoration
