Apple-Banana

A refreshing drink that will fill you up in between meals. You can also use it as a detox agent.

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 3 tbsp of yogurt of choice
  • 1 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Peel the kiwi and banana and cut them up into chunks.
  • Peel the apple, remove the seeds, slice it.
  • Put all the ingredients into a cup of a blender and pulse until homogeneous.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish to taste and enjoy.
