Boost your immune system with this tasty drink without gaining extra weight.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup of non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp of honey optional
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Peel the banana, cut it and freeze it beforehand.
  • Peel the pineapple and kiwi, slice them into pieces.
  • Use a blender to beat the ingredients into a smooth frothy cocktail.
