Melon Protein Shake
A perfect way to catch up on your protein! It's easy to make, fast to drink and it will give you strength for your next workout!
- 1 cup cantaloupe
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup of light vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup of non-fat milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
Cube the cantaloupe. You can freeze it beforehand if you like.
Combine the contents of the recipe in a food processor or blender and start mixing. Stop when you see a creamy consistency.
Drink it right away or on the go, but don't forget to refrigerate it.
