This is a classic way to lose weight with an artichoke: drink its decoction. It is very easy to cook.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 artichokes
  • 0,5 litres water
  • juice from one lemon

Method
 

  1. Cook the artichokes until they are soft.
  2. We drink the water that remains after cooking during the day.   And boiled artichokes, adding to them a little olive oil and apple cider vinegar, can be eaten for dinner.
  3. Mix the broth with the juice of half a lemon and drink in small quantities half an hour before meals.

Notes

Remember that various studies (for example, published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism) showed that if you drink at least 0.5 liters of cold water a day, your metabolism accelerates by 30%. Thus, our body burns more calories.
  So, you can put the water from the artichokes in the fridge and use this property of it. Moreover, it is so simple.
