Muffins made of dried fruits

Ingredients

  • 2 glasses flour
  • 1/2 glass oatmeal or wheat cereal
30 g of apricot halves, raisin, and dried cherries
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 glass grape juice
  • 1.5 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method

  1.  Leave all dried fruits for half an hour
  2. During that period cut the apple into small cubes. In the separate dish run the cereal over with juice, add oil, flour and baking powder.
  3. Blend everything (apart from apple pieces) until the mixture is smooth.
  4. The dough should be as thick as the sour cream. If it is thicker—add juice, too thin—add a little bit of flour.
  5. Afterwards, add chopped apples and raisin.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Pour the dough into the silicone baking tins for muffins ( fill the 2/3 of each one). Bake for about 20 minutes.
When your muffins are ready, sprinkle either the cacao or sugar powder, or some cinnamon on top of each one.
