Training on balance board: how to use, underwater usage, exercises
A balance board helps to develop coordination and a sense of dynamic and static balance. Moreover, it helps to strengthen leg muscles. It is a unique exercise machine for family training.
Exercises on a balance board can take from a couple of minutes to several hours, depending on the skills of the person. The goal of the exercise is to hold tension as long as possible, balancing on the board and not falling. Touching the board with the floor is prohibited. In other words, it means “game over,” and the exercise starts again.
Work on the balance machine strengthens the vestibular apparatus. In various sports clubs, such exercises are used as a warm-up before extreme sports. Or it is used to strengthen the loads when doing exercises in yoga and other fitness fields.
