Hello, my name is Lucia, and I’m 25 years old. I want to lose some kilograms so I’m following buckwheat diet now and I would like to ask you some questions. Do you know a buckwheat bread recipe without wheat? I cannot find anything useful about it on the Internet, so I’ve decided to ask you. Secondly, could you please tell me a buckwheat flour bread recipe for machines? I’ve got a bread machine at home, and this recipe will be handy for me. I’m waiting for your answers, thanks a lot.

Dear Lucia, hope you know that every bread machine manufacturer has its own recommendations on how to mix each of the ingredients so be careful. The recipe contains other kinds of flour for perfect bread texture and it`s quite a task to find all the components. You need 3 eggs, softened butter (3 tbsp), xanthan gum (1tbsp), sea salt (1 tbsp), warm milk (43C, a bit more than a cup), soy lecithin (1 tbsp), buckwheat flour (half a cup), tapioca flour (half a cup), brown rice flour (cup and a half), potato starch (half a cup). Try it, hope you will like your healthy homemade bread.
