Hello, my name is Ann and I am 23 years old. I always was a vegetarian and now I am pregnant. I would like to continue being a vegetarian but not to make harm to my and child’s health. Hello, Ann! This topic is very interesting to me either. What kind of vegetarian are you? Do you consume eggs and dairy products? Hope you eat some cheese. Here is the recipe for a super healthy sandwich with sprouts. You`ll need some whole grain bread, capsicum (nice when in three different colors), black pepper, tomato slices, black olives, dried oregano, salt to your taste, mozzarella and surely sprouts. Fix the marinade with some vinegar, olive oil, salt, and sugar. Roast capsicum a bit, then wash, remove skin, stem, and seeds, slice it as you prefer. Mix capsicum with salt, pepper, and oil. Cut bread and mozzarella in some parts, spread marinade on slices then cover them with the rest of ingredients and bake. Quite a procedure for a pregnant but it`s worth trying. Take care!

You need:
- Dough using soya flour
- Boiled potatoes
- Chopped methi leaves
- Crumbled tofu
- Turmeric powder
- Dried mango powder
- Chopped green chillies
- Salt
- Mix the ingredients of stuffing. Keep aside.
- Roll out the dough into circles for the paratha. Place stuffing in the center and fold the edges to close the circle.
- Flatten and roll again to make a circle. Cook on a tava and add soya oil both sides till it turns golden brown.These Vegetarian recipes during pregnancy are easy to cook and delicious to eat.
