How effective are aerobic exercise done at home?Report

Hi, girls! I really need an advise. Few years ago I tried aerobic. The trainer was amazing and exercises made me feel stronger. I felt perfect during that period of time. But then I’ve got many problems and I don’t even have enough time to addent classes. Now I decided to return those times. However, I’m not sure about the same effect of these exercises. How effective it will be, if they are done at home? Or should I better start attending those classes again? It would be more comfortable for me to do everything at home, because of the lack of time. But I don’t know. Tell me what do you think.
