Hi, guys. My name is Poll, I am 23 years old. I’m now trying to make up my nutrition plan for low sodium diet and I have a question. How much salt should I consume on low sodium diet per day? What are the best meals which I can eat on this diet? And the main point that interests me is what the benefits of this diet are? How will it influence my health? And what about the disadvantages? Hi, Poll! I`ve been considering this diet plan for a while. There lots of menus and helpful tips. The most important thing for me is that it helps not only to lose weight but get healthier, Especially when it comes to heart and kidneys functioning. First of all, you need to buy lots of fruit in your local market. Apples, pears, grapes as well as different kinds of juice. If you add them to boiled rice, it`s very nutritious and healthy meal. Fruit help your body to get rid of extra sodium. Then you chose a diet you like the most, its duration must be wise, it`s great if you consult your doctor before the start. Take care, please!
