How much sodium is in diet coke? Does caffeine free diet coke have sodium?

Hi, guys. My name is Poll, I am 23 years old. I want to try sodium diet and I have some questions. Maybe, you know answers to them. Well, how much sodium is in diet coke? And does caffeine free diet coke have sodium at all? Now I’m trying to make my nutrition plan and this question is important because I would prefer to include coke into my diet. What do you think about it? I will appreciate your help and I am looking forward to your advice. Thank you very much.

Well, I truly believe that adding a diet coke to your ration is not a good idea at all. This is actually the biggest source of callories that you can imagine. And no matter if it’s a diet coke or not, consuming of this beverage can lead to health problems. It can be kidney problems, obesity or messed-up metabolism. And this is just the beginning of the list. So, think once more about your choise. A diet coke contains 30 to 40 miligrams of sodium per can. And, however it’s diet, it contains some procent of sugar. So there is no benefit of consuming coke or others sodas. Try to drink water with lemon by the morning instead and your body will say thak you;)
