How to adjust the Fitbit 3 for calories burned when using weights and workouts?
Hello everybody! As I am a real fan of fitness trackers and different fat calculating equipment. I regularly buy them on Amazon. Such fitness equipment helps me to lose weight fast and easier. Recently I have read the article on how to choose the best fitness tracker in 2018. After learning more about the Fitbit 3 and considering all the pros and cons, I’ve decided to buy it on Amazon.
Actually, it is perfect fitness equipment for such a person like me. I like to constantly monitor my achieved results. Keep my records under control. I measure my heart rate, activity, and sleep. Besides, I’ve learned how to install the apps and connect to it. So as a result, I don’t regret my purchase. I’m pretty happy with it!
My previous fitness tracker was Fitbit 2. And it could be well adjusted for calories burned when using weights and workouts. But after I’ve received my new Fitbit 3. Of course, I noticed some changes and improvements. But I have some problems with the function of calorie monitoring. My question is the following:
- How to install the function of monitoring the calorie burning correctly? As a result, have an opportunity to use it while workouts?
