What workout sets with resistance bands are for pumping up all mucle groups? from Kelly Westwood
Hello everyone! Guys, I need your help! Could you help me out? I want to start using my exercise bands properly and make exercises for each part of my body. Yesterday I wanted to watch any Youtube video to repeat. But there are no workouts with these bands for arms and also I don’t know whether how to use them while making squats. Maybe you have the same problem?
What exercises with resistance bands do you know? What workout sets will help me to pump up all groups of muscles of the body? What band should I use for arms and what for legs? What are the easiest but the most effective exercises for the flat stomach using tension stripes? Where can I find qualitative elastic bands with different resistance? Do these popular on Instagram tension stripes are really useful and effective? What tips should I follow to use it correctly?

Hi! I can recommend you these exercises, they will burn fat very good.
1. Squat: 10-12 repetitions x 3 sets
Benefits: A calorie buster, this exercise makes your largest muscles work hard including your lower legs, hamstrings, quads, glutes, and core
2. Shoulder press: 10-12 repetitions each side x 3 sets
Benefits: The shoulder does most of the heavy lifting accompanied by the triceps and back
3. Straight leg deadlift: 10-12 repetitions x 3 sets
Benefits: A big lift, that activates and strengthens lats, hamstrings, hips, glutes, core and lower back.
4. Overhead tricep extension: 10-12 repetitions each side x 3 sets
Benefits: Tighten and tone triceps and forearms
