Hi, girls! Recently I’ve heard from my close friend a story about her great experience with step exercises. She said that she always had some problems with obesity since childhood, and that it was extremely comlicated for her to lose weight. She tried very hard, she was trying everything and only now she discovered step exercises for herself. What do you think about these workouts? Which are the most helpful? Are they suitable for everyone or there are some exceptions? Just let me know what you think. Thanks!
