How to gain muscles on the keto diet? Is it possible? How to increase the man muscle mass during the ketogenic dieting? Is there a special menu plan for gaining muscles while burning fat? Or only the physic activity can provoke the muscles growth?

According to some researches, we generally see greater lean body mass (LBM) loss in ketogenic diet groups. Note that lean body mass contains water, glycogen, and muscle protein, by definition. It is hard to say with certainty that LBM loss implies greater “dry” muscle protein loss. “Wet” LBM can come and go quickly because it consists of water and glycogen.
As you see, it is possible to increase the man muscle mass during the ketogenic dieting, you just need to find the right dietologist and everything will be okay 😉
