Good day everyone here, as you know, my name is Medina and this is my last (finally!) question for today – how to make a healthy chicken salad? As you know, i like meat very much but my the most favourite sort of meat is chicken one. I want to add some salads to my menu because there is a big lack of healthy dishes and i need to improve it. So, what can you recommend me, huh? Any pissible variants of healthy chicken salads? Will i need to bake it or boil it? Hello, Medina! I`ve been crazy about grapes lately so my kind of a healthy chicken salad includes surely some fruit. It is quick and easy to fix, incredibly tasty as well. So, let`s go. Your components list is the following: boiled chicken cut into cubes, chopped celery, some halved grapes and dried cherries, a handful of roasted nuts, mayonnaise, salt, peppers and your favorite fresh chopped greens. The proportions are not that important to me, just feel how much of each product you prefer, it`s very personal. Stir it all together and enjoy your super healthy and chic meal!
P.S. Grapes may be replaced by some seasonal berries.
Here is great recipe of Scoopable chinese chicken salad
- 1 (16-ounce) package (about 5 1/2 cups) dry broccoli cole slaw
- 1 (8-ounce) can (about 1 cup) canned sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup canned mandarin orange segments packed in juice (or light syrup), drained and chopped
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 12 ounces cooked and chopped skinless lean chicken breast
- 3/4 cup low-fat sesame ginger dressing
In a large bowl, combine slaw, water chestnuts, orange segments, scallions, and chicken. Mix well.
Top with dressing and toss to coat. Enjoy!
Medina, chicken salads are my favorite one. So thank you for this question. I will share with you simplest but to my mind the beat salad I have ever eaten. Except for Cezar, there are a lot of tasty chicken salads. So what about mine?
You will need mix salad, cherry, olive olives (black), garlic bread in cubes, grilled chicken and feta. For dressing choose olive oils in herbs and a little bit of lemon. Slice all the ingredients, mix and add dressing.

Oh, I really understand you because chicken is my favorite kind of meat. So I have some tasty recipes and, of course, I will tell you them. My favorite one is salad with chicken and avocado. To make it, you need: 2 boiled chicken fillets, 1 avocado, ¼ onion, lime juice, basil, salt and black pepper (at option). Cut chicken into lines, avocado and onion into blocks. Mix them, add all the other ingredients and mix again.
While writing this recipe, I remembered that I know one even tastier chicken salad with pineapple. You need: 1 glass of fresh or canned pineapple, 450 grams of roasted and boiled chicken fillet, ½ glass of cashew, onion, salt(at option). For filling you need: ½ glass of Greek yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of mustard, grinded pepper(at option).
Then mix pineapple with fillet, cashew and onion. Separately make a filling: whisk yoghurt, mustard and pepper. Mix everything, add salt and cool down in the fridge. That’s all.
