Hello everyone, my name is Wendy, I am 21, and I want to begin the new diet. I have been surfing the interest for a long time to find the most suitable menu for me, and I guess that keto diet will pass me perfectly. I want to start it right tomorrow, but I also want to know how to start it, in which way? You know, some diets require to spend two-three days on light food and then you can start without harm.
