Hello, guys, again! You know what I was thinking about? That it would be great to change something in my ration. Because I don’t really feel like my body gets everything it really needs. Keto diet seems not a bad variant for me. I decided to look for the best phone apps with food and exercise tips.
But the problem is that I want to download a food application on my phone, where would be a lot of recipes for healthy food. Maybe, in this way, I could get a better result and lose my several extra pounds. Is there a food app for losing weight with voice commands? What is the best food receipts application? Does it really work? I have an android device (android phone) and google play store. App purchases are also the variant.

Hey, Greg! What phone do you have? In fact, most of the weight loss apps are designed both for IOS and Android. The nutrition programmes do exist and you should start using one of them. I have Calorie Counter & Diet Tracker bt MyFitnessPa on my iPhone. It is free and effective, I got so used to the app that can`t imagine my dieting without it. Some more free apps for both operating systems are Lose it!, Weight Watchers, Nike+Run Club, Runkeeper, Endomondo, Fitocracy, Fitbit, Up etc. Do not postpone and download one on them. You will enjoy!
