Hello, my name is Dorry, and I am 26 years old. I’ve put on extra kilograms during my pregnancy. Now I want to lose them and get my slim figure back. My friend advised me to try kefir diet for weight loss. What do you think about it? Is it worth trying? And the most important point is its impact on health. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this diet? How does it affect my organism? I do not want to start following this diet until I find out all the information about it. Hi, Dorry! Kefir is super cool as a way to lose weight, you`ll see! No need to point out calcium and probiotics positive effects to your body, right? I`m not sure if low-fat kefir is better than a traditional one though, the first kind may contain fewer calories but more harmful stuff. 2-3 cups of kefir per day is a great healthy addition to your diet. But not more than that for the effect will be not desirable. One cup contains only 110 calories. Kefir together with a teaspoon of cinnamon will do even more magic for your better shape. I usually drink this mixture before bed.
