Hey! I’m here again with one more question;) Guys, maybe someone was on a diet, which was helpful and the results were visible in a few days? I am getting very disappointed about this diet stuff because I have a feeling like nothing helps me! So I just keep looking for somebody’s advises, for a diet, which helped somebody to get a flat stomach. Any tips, rules, advises – anything at all!

Personally, I know that if you have a fat belly, regularly doing abs, you can increase your stomach visibly because the muscles pump up, but the fat remains. Does this statement true?
