Hey! I’m here again with one more question;) Guys, maybe someone was on a diet, which was helpful and the results were visible in a few days? I am getting very disappointed about this diet stuff because I have a feeling like nothing helps me! So I just keep looking for somebody’s advises, for a diet, which helped somebody to get a flat stomach. Any tips, rules, advises – anything at all!
What is the best diet to get the flat stomach in an acceptable short period of time?
I have read a lot of information about the diets such as paleo, keto, low carb, fodmap. What exactly is the most beneficial? Which diet bring no harm to the immune and digestive systems?
What is the fastest way to get a flat stomach: following the diets or exercising? Personally, I know that if you have a fat belly, regularly doing abs, you can increase your stomach visibly because the muscles pump up, but the fat remains. Does this statement true? So, how to get a flat stomach fast for women?

Dear Greg, thank you for the question. What can I say, a flat stomach is a dream mostly for everyone.
The thing is that in a week you will not get a flat stomach if you have been neglecting physical activity for a long time and eating badly. It is only a dream. The truth is that in 7 days, thanks to diet and exercise, you can reduce the circumference of your belt by a few centimeters. It will mostly be caused not by the loss of body fat, but by water, and regulation of intestinal function.
So how should you diet look like:
1. Limit your daily amount of calories in 300
2. Plan your meal 2-3 days before
3. Eat 5 meals a day, taking into account your daily calorie limit
4. Drink a lot of water – at least 2 liters a day (8-10 glasses)
5. If you want to get a flat stomach in a week, limit the sugars simple
6. Choose lean meats
7. Eat a lot of veggies
8. Avoid processed food
9. Drink herbal tea (mint)
10. Limit salt in meals
11. Try not to overeat
What about training:
For this choose to please interval training. As part of interval training, you can do various exercises, such as running, cycling, but it's best if you choose exercises focused on the stomach, that is, different types of crunches.
